My achievements:

Pia Forbes, MS

Counselor

Pia Forbes earned a master’s degree in community counseling and spent the early part of her career helping individuals with life threatening diseases and their families accept their illness, manage the related stressors, and approach short- and long-term planning.

She spent the next 20 years as a communications professional in industries where stress and anxiety were innate and exacted a heavy toll on employees’ mental and physical wellbeing. Working with her own life coach, Pia lowered her stress, improved her health, and recommitted herself to helping others do the same.
